The 21 year old nigerian Obabiyi Aishah Ajibola won the muslimah beauty pegeant of 2013. She was really overwhelmed by this, and as her named was called she went down on her knees and started giving thanks and praying while she gave way to tears. It was held in jakarta. She was award tbe prize money equivalent to $2200 and trips to mecca and india. This is the third year that this competition has has taken place and is in response to the miss world pegeant ethics.
The organisers awarded Aishah winner based on recitation of koranic verses and views of islam in the modern world. Congrats and may everyone be proud of their beliefs
